Creating a film was a long learning process for me. I have never been comfortable using computer technology and had never in my life used a Mac. These were challenges that I had to quickly overcome. In weekly three hour sessions I began to familiarise myself with the editing software and after a few weeks we were left to our own devices. By this point I already had the foundation of my film, and spent several consecutive days in the Hugh Brody room at the School of Anthropology and Conservation refining it, working on the audio and transitions, until I was finally happy with my finished project.
